I find cordless shade parts difficult to replace. I have damaged more that one replacement part, when repairing one shade. No returns or refunds on all cordless shade parts. I only have these basic instructions. Remove motor and stack the shade up turning the rod in the opposite direction of the loading arrow. This arrow is found on the motor. To install new motor, make one full turn in the direction of the turn rod loading motor, I use an allan wrench. Place a pin in the top hole to lock it in place, I use a paper clip. Install motor, remove pin and lower the shade.
